Case No. 13 C 7892 (N.D. Ill. 2015): $400,000 class action settlement of Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act case alleging that the IMAX Navy Pier theater did not truncate credit/debit card numbers from customer copies of credit/debit card receipts.  Federal law prohibits printing more than the last 5 digits of card numbers and also prohibits printing expiration dates.  Class members can submit claims through February 8, 2016 at www.imaxchicagocardsettlement.
